I have problem to open Adobe premiere 2017 in mi Mac OS Sierra. The Adobe's webpage says the problem is with the graphics driver. Have you followed all the steps on this page?

Hi,

Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

Method 1: Run the Window media player settings troubleshooter and check if that helps. Refer the following link to run the troubleshooter.

‘Open the Windows Media Player Settings troubleshooter’

Method 2: Start the computer in clean boot and then try to use Windows Media player or Adobe Premiere and if the issue persists. To configure your computer to clean boot refer the following link.

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow step 7 in the article to boot to normal startup.

Method 3: If the issue persists then, I would suggest you to perform SFC scan. The SFC /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. For more information how to do SFC/ scan, please follow this link:

Method 4:If the above steps do not help then, uninstall and reinstall the graphics card drivers.

Here are the steps to uninstall the graphics card from Device Manager:

a)Open Device Manager by clicking the ‘Start’ button, clicking ‘Control Panel’.

b)Click on ‘System and Maintenance’, and then click ‘Device Manager’.

I’ve turned off firewall and the antivirus, given administrator price pages and chosen to run as admin, I’ve changed my settings to high performance and installed QuickTime. FFS what am I missing?
